Automotive Sales Manager
To manage a team of four professional sales personnel selling automotive lubricant products throughout the UK. Reporting to the Country Manager, your responsibilities include managing, coaching, and developing the team to maintain and increase market share. Lubricant industry experience is not mandatory but a proven successful track record in a sales management role is essential. In addition to the day to day management of the team, the successful candidate will also attend monthly management meetings; provide input on strategic direction and control budgets. The successful candidate will join a strong professional team and will be provided career development opportunities.
Industrial Sales Manager
To manage a team of eight professional sales and technical personnel selling industrial lubricant products throughout the UK. Reporting to the Country Manager, your responsibilities include managing, coaching, and developing the team to maintain and increase market share. Lubricant industry experience is not mandatory but a proven successful track record in a sales management role is essential. In addition to the day to day management of the team, the successful candidate will also attend monthly management meetings; provide input on strategic direction and control budgets.
